At Event Design, we turned our shared passion for events into a business journey. After completing our master’s degrees in Event Management, we realized that the best way to apply our expertise was by creating something of our own. That’s how our company was born—a space where creativity meets precision to deliver unforgettable experiences.
Help find, book, and coordinate with the venue. They handle all logistics related to the venue, including layout, seating arrangements, and decor.
Assist in creating and managing a budget, helping to allocate funds effectively to different aspects of the wedding.
Find, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, DJs/bands, makeup artists, and transportation providers.
Develop the aesthetic concept of the wedding, including theme, color palette, decor, and overall styling.
Create a detailed timeline for the entire event, including the wedding day, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and accommodations. Can also help with designing and sending invitations.

We had the pleasure of working with Utkarsh Natasha and their brilliant team EVENT DESIGN. Not once or twice but four of our events were beautifully handled by them. Be it a single day event or 3 days mega event with around 400 people, which was super challenging to execute they did it brilliantly.
